Cancellation & Refund Policy for LEXPRO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (SaaS Tool)

LEXPRO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to delivering the best service and support to its customers. We understand that situations may arise where cancellation or refund requests are necessary. Therefore, we have a clear and liberal cancellation policy for our SaaS tool. Please review the following terms:
1. Cancellation Policy Cancellation Request: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. After activation of the subscription or delivery of access to the SaaS tool, cancellation requests will not be entertained, as the tool is accessible for immediate use.
Subscription Plans: Once the subscription to the SaaS tool has been activated and access has been provided, the customer may not request a cancellation unless specified under our refund policy.
2. Refunds Refund Request: If you are not satisfied with the SaaS tool or experience technical issues, please contact our Customer Support team on the same day of subscribing. Refund requests will only be processed if the issue cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe or if the tool does not meet the functionalities as described. Limitations: No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused time in a subscription plan. Refunds are not applicable for customized features or third-party integrations that may have been specifically requested or tailored for your account.
Refund Timeline: Once a refund request is approved, it may take 16-30 business days to process and reflect in your payment account.
